Does it integrate with the rest of Sesame HR, or is it a standalone module?
The Recruitment module is fully integrated with the rest of Sesame HR. When you hire a candidate, they become an employee in the system with one click, no re-entering data, no switching platforms.

Can I migrate my current candidates to Sesame HR?
Yes, you can import candidates using an Excel or CSV file. You can also add them manually or let them come in through integrated job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn.

What happens to my data if I decide to cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, you can export all your candidates and vacancies before closing your account.

Can I post to job boards from day one?
During the trial period, you can post to your own careers site. Once you move to a paid plan, posting to external boards like Indeed and LinkedIn requires a prior validation process (we verify your company is real before activating the integrations). This usually completes within 24-48 hours, and our team is with you every step of the way.

Are the AI tools included in the Recruitment module?
No. They’re an add-on purchased separately: $115/month per company, available for HR Starter, HR Professional, and HR Enterprise plans. Includes: job posting writing, compatibility scoring, smart filters, and multi-posting.
