Job performance reports work as a tool to monitor and evaluate the tasks performed by a company’s employee. For this reason, we must pay extreme attention when making a report and how we write it, always fostering a positive attitude among employees. If we want to write this type of report correctly, we have to work on expressing the data we have and its analysis, while being tactful with employees.
